Branch Meeting held 10th February 2010 at Werribee RSL.

Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer’s report tabled for the month of January 2010 detailing the following items:
Balance: –. The Branch Financial position as posted.

Reports.
President’s Report:
- Pleasing to see numbers at Tyre kick ever increasing.
- All rides have been well attended and input is still required from members.
- Seventy year badge presentation to member Gordon Hewitt. (This happens because Gordon gave his DOB to Secretary.)
Ride Coordinator’s Report:
- December and January rides were well attended with up to thirty bikes on some rides.
- More rides will be organised for February and March.
- Blackwood ride and Da Rev’s twisted and lost coming up on the ride calendar.
Social Coordinator’s Report:
- Harold is planning for six functions for the February-May period and will publish a social calendar for all members and post it on the website and notice board.
Quartermaster’s Report:
- December’s orders have arrived for members.
- Polo shirts for sale. Plenty in stock and all sizes available.
- Price of Westgate Wanderers Travel mugs will be reduced to ten dollars until stock is exhausted.
- Future orders will be slow delivery, due to AGM in WA.
Webmaster’s Report:
- For Sale section on the website going well with many members posting items.
- Forum on website very busy with unsatisfactory jokes being posted and subsequently removed. All members must realise that jokes of a discriminating or racial nature are unacceptable.
- General Business.
- Minutes of previous general meeting will not have full treasurer’s report on website. This will only be available at the next general meeting.
- Big thank you to Yogi and Dave from Alan Calleja for their support when he was laid up during his recent convalescence after his Off.
- Alan emphasized his lack of more serious injuries, due to his wearing of safety gear for a short ride.
- Bubba reminded all those going to the AGM in WA, to be at the Bar-B Que on the 20th February at his place.
- Warren announced he has purchased a tilt trailer for his bike and used it very successfully in Northern Victoria. He also announced, his son Dwayne was in the Australian Winter Olympics.
