Presidents Report: Glenn formally announced the change of Tyre Kick venue from the M1 Café in Hoppers Crossing to the Highway Lounge in West’s Road Werribee. Dianne Price interjected and complained that the move had not been discussed at the branch AGM and that it should have been put to a vote by members. Several others were unhappy about the move. Andrew pointed out that the possibility of a change in venue had been discussed and was a major topic on the message board. Glenn stated that the committee had made the decision in the best interests of the club, citing the safety of club members as the major factor, and stated that no further discussion would be entered into. At this point, Dianne Price stated her unhappiness with the decision, verbally resigned from the branch and walked out of the meeting. John Humm stood up and asked members to give the new venue a chance. Gordon McLean said that it was sad that the decision had caused one member to leave the branch, but that the committee had been elected to make such decisions on the behalf of branch members. Stephen Woodham stood up and said that only one member had been hit and that was no reason to change venues, his comment causing anger amongst the members. Glenn called the meeting to order, and once again stated that no further discussion would be entered into.
Social Coordinator’s Report: Ornella spoke about the upcoming Christmas in July dinner at the Werribee Bowls Club on July the 12th at $25.00 a head. As last years dinner was such a great success, she encouraged as many members as possible to come along. Final numbers have to be confirmed by Wednesday the 9th of July.

Webmaster’s Report: In Tony’s absence, Glenn said that Tony had officially taken over the Web Page, including the administration of the message board. No stats were available.
Ride Coordinators Report: Leno was absent due to work commitments, but Glenn called for additional volunteers for Ride Leaders on Leno’s behalf.
General Business: Gordon Mclean asked if the Meet and Greet at Mildura was open to members from other branches. Glenn said that they would be welcome, but they would need to arrange their own accommodation and notify the organisers of their intention to participate in the organized activities and rides.
