Show & Shine at Da Rev's Church 11/4/10

Shine 'em up guys and gals.
Plenty of prizes, great food, fantastic music, world's best preacher
Westgate Wanderers. What a day?
OK, so that's the blurb, but I must admit I really enjoy this day, as does my whole church. And judging by past comments so do many of the Wanderers; we had some 35 bikes last year from memory.
We'll do the usual Devonshire tea with coffees prior to the usual service followed by the usual prize giving and blessing of the bikes. Then it'll be off to my place for my usual great barbeques and an afternoon of the usual tall stories sitting in the sun overlooking the lake that now adjoins my back yard - which is unsual.

I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

Count us in Our Trike defiantly needs a blessing on the swing arm and we could use a little pray ourselves to get us over the drama.
Thanks for the invite... Trish and Chris

Anything can happen before that date, Larry, but if all goes well, as it
should, I will be there. As my Ninja missed out on a prize last year, I might now have a chance with the Yamaha. What do you reccon? Hey, a special donation did I hear you say? ???
Last year was an eye opener and very enjoyable.
If anything, just to get the FJR 1300 blessed. That means, if the
Bike is OK so will I be.
Cheers Rev....

Must send my apologies...as much as I have been looking forward to this day after hearing great reports about last year - I had made other plans which include a weekend ride to Mildura (leaving Friday, home Monday) - so sorry Larry & Norma. Maybe a quiet personal prayer on Saturday instead might be the go...?

No coffin this year mate - that was a real shock wasn't it.
No fire and brimstone either this year but that doesn't mean I'll go soft on the Gospel, or any of you for that matter
Haven't a clue what I'm going to do yet actually but it'll be a great day anyway with you lot there.

Seems there's lots of interest John. I'll get numbers closer to the day.
Keep 'em coming boys and girls.
I'm working on sponsors now.
